André's new 500 g (1 lb. 1.75 oz.) chocolate bar is molded in either milk, bittersweet or white chocolate. Yes, this is the same chocolate used in creating all of our wonderful chocolate products as well as in our Confiserie for pastry, torte and cookie production. Every bar has the André's logo as well as the signature of our founder, Andre Bollier, molded into the chocolate.
